Main Publications

Research

I am interested in corporate governance and accountability (stakeholder engagement, internal control systems, transparency and disclosure), social and environmental accounting (corporate social responsibility, sustainability, corporate social performance, disclosure strategy and impression management), performance management (multidimensional performance measurement models, cost accounting systems and their role in managing performance).

Teaching

I teach courses in Financial Accounting and Corporate Governance and Responsibility to undergraduate students with a major in Economics and Management. I teach Performance Measurement to graduate students in the Graduate Program in Business Administration (see www.economia.unipd.it for details and teaching materials). I also teach modules in Accounting and Finance and Advanced Topics in Management in the Master in Business and Management of the University of Padova.
